• Whole Ocean-bright Salmon- Right out of the net, this is the freshest you'll find! The most cost-sensitive value we offer, we'll bleed your salmon immediately and thoroughly before chilling it rapidly in slush ice. As soon as we're able to leave the fishing grounds, fresh-caught salmon is minutes away from your kitchen. You do the gutting and filleting and save the extra dollars!
• Princess-dressed Salmon- Prefer to receive your fish ready to fillet? We'll do the cleaning for you! This is the exact same salmon and service as our Whole Ocean-bright Salmon, minus the guts and gills! 
• Headed & Gutted Salmon- Dressed salmon minus the weight of the head.
• Salmon Fillets-  We now offer fillets of your favorite salmon! 
• Frozen Portions-  We now offer vaccum-packed, blast frozen salmon fillets in a variety of portion sizes! Travel-friendly or shipped to you!
